Duties:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products based on their preferences.
- Utilize POS systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and maintain proper documentation.
- Demonstrate expertise in electronics sales by showcasing product features and benefits to customers.
- Implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Apply retail math skills to calculate discounts, taxes, and final prices for customers.
- Provide multilingual support to cater to a diverse customer base and enhance the shopping experience.
- Offer exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a seamless shopping journey.
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to explain complex product specifications in a clear and concise manner.
- Manage stock levels by monitoring inventory, restocking shelves, and organizing merchandise for optimal display.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling procedures and maintaining cash registers.
Experience:
- Proven experience in technology sales or related field is preferred.
