We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician with skills in a Production/Manufacturing environment to join our growing organization. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for providing support for production through preventative maintenance, facilities repair, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on all production machinery, warehouse equipment, and facility infrastructure, including forklifts and other material-handling equipment, to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair processing and production equipment as issues arise, using proper diagnostic methods to identify mechanical, electrical, or operational failures.
- Maintain consistent and reliable attendance, as punctuality is essential to supporting production timelines and ensuring maintenance coverage.
- Actively participate in process improvement initiatives, offering feedback and implementing solutions that enhance equipment reliability, safety, and overall operational efficiency.
Skills
- Previous experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment, preferably with hands-on involvement in equipment maintenance.
- Industrial maintenance experience, including electrical troubleshooting, mechanical repair, and equipment diagnostics.
- Strong ability to interpret written procedures, technical manuals, and schematic diagrams related to machinery, electrical systems, and facility components.
- Welding and fabrication skills are considered a strong advantage and may be utilized for equipment repair and modification.

Job Type: Full Time 11:30pm to 7:30 am. 8 hr. shift. Overtime as required.
