Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse distribution center. This position involves various tasks related to order picking, shipping and receiving, and materials handling, contributing to the overall success of our fulfillment process.
Duties
- Customer Service
- Assist with inbound deliveries from UPS, FedEx, USPS etc. This will consist of new stock and returns.
- Verify and record incoming products for inventory tracking. Process returns per client’s instruction.
- Stock new inventory for future orders.
- Utilize shipping and/or e-commerce sites for order fulfillment and label creation.
- Assist with managing incoming/outgoing shipments for different clients with different settings and procedures with accuracy. To be successful in this role you must be well organized, pay attention to detail, and be a fast learner.
- Update order records, organizing returns, fulfill orders
- Inventory duties.
Skills
- Warehouse experience is a plus, but not essential. Training will be given.
- Experience using courier websites (UPS, Fedex, USPS) is a plus.
- Inventory Management
- Be able to lift 40-50 pounds
- Must have excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Good communication skills in written and spoken English. Possible phone answering for fulfillment clients.
- High attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer skills (Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new programs.
Job Type: Part-time (20-30hrs) with potential for Full-time depending on work load.
Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour depending on experience/ability. Review after 90-days.
Background check will be conducted as part of the hiring process.
