We value precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement — and we're looking for a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to help maintain the accuracy and integrity of our financial operations.
What You'll Do

Prepare financial reports including income statements, balance sheets, and variance analyses

Execute full-cycle month-end close including journal entries, accruals, and prepaid amortizations

Maintain and analyze standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead in a manufacturing environment

Perform GL account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly

Conduct flex (flexible budget) analysis to compare actual vs. budgeted costs

Support internal and external audits and help strengthen internal controls
Requirements:
What We're Looking For

3–5 years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment

Strong working knowledge of US GAAP

Hands-on experience with cost accounting, including standard costing and variance analysis

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)

ERP system experience; Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is a plus

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred
