Launx Brands is a growing consumer products company based in Stanton, California.
We create personalized gifts, 3D crystal engravings, laser-engraved products, collectibles, and imported consumer products sold through Amazon, e-commerce, and wholesale channels.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented team member to help operate our laser engraving equipment and fulfill customer orders.
No prior laser engraving experience is required. We will provide training.
Position
Laser Engraving Machine Operator
Location: Stanton, CA
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time
Compensation: $18–25/hour depending on experience

Responsibilities
Production Operations
- Operate laser engraving equipment
- Prepare products for engraving
- Load and unload materials
- Monitor engraving jobs for quality and accuracy
- Package completed customer orders
- Maintain a clean and organized production area
Order Fulfillment
- Review customer orders for accuracy
- Verify artwork, photos, and engraving instructions
- Match finished products to customer orders
- Assist with shipping and inventory management
Quality Control
- Inspect products before and after engraving
- Ensure products meet company quality standards
- Identify and report production issues
- Rework products when necessary
Equipment Maintenance
- Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance
- Keep workstations organized
- Follow safety procedures
- Report equipment issues promptly
Qualifications
Required
- Reliable and punctual
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working with computers
- Able to follow written instructions
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods
Preferred (Not Required)
- Manufacturing experience
- Warehouse experience
- E-commerce fulfillment experience
- Experience operating machinery
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Canva, or similar software
