Qualifications

Job Position 2: Lawn Care Specialist - Hiring 2
Wilson Lawn Care is hiring Lawn Care Specialists to perform professional lawn maintenance and property care for residential and commercial clients.
Responsibilities
- Mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing properties
- Maintaining clean and professional job sites
- Operating lawn care equipment safely and efficiently
- Assisting with landscaping and seasonal services
- Reporting equipment issues to supervisors
- Providing excellent customer service when interacting with clients
Qualifications
- Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions

- Diagnose and repair irrigation system issues
- Adjust systems for seasonal performance
- Perform system startups and winterizations
- Ensure efficient water use and system performance
- Communicate with customers regarding repairs or recommendations
Qualifications
- Experience with irrigation systems preferred

Responsibilities
- Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control treatments
- Follow all safety regulations and application guidelines
- Maintain accurate treatment records
- Inspect properties and identify lawn health issues
- Provide recommendations for lawn care improvements
- Maintain application equipment and vehicles
Qualifications
- Registered Technician (RT) license preferred (or willingness to obtain)
