A to Z Lock & Safe is hiring a Full-Time Inventory Coordinator to help keep our technicians and operations running efficiently. As our Inventory Coordinator, you'll oversee inventory replenishment, technician van stock, inventory transfers between locations, warranty returns, and the organization of our inventory room and staging area to ensure our team always has the parts and materials they need.
What You'll Do
Receive, inspect, and stock incoming inventory
Organize and maintain the inventory room and staging area
Pull, stage, and replenish inventory for technicians and store locations
Perform inventory audits and cycle counts
Coordinate inventory transfers between locations
Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs
Coordinate warranty returns and returned inventory
Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation
Assist with purchasing and vendor orders
Deliver parts and materials to technicians and store locations as needed
Work closely with technicians and office staff to keep inventory flowing efficiently
What We're Looking For
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Dependable with a strong work ethic
Comfortable using computers and learning inventory software
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Valid driver's license with a good driving record
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Previous experience in inventory management, purchasing, shipping/receiving, logistics, automotive parts, locksmithing, construction, or a related field is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
