Job Summary:
The Hilton portfolio of hotels is comprised of 28 industry-leading and world-class brands, supported by a dedicated team of experts across hospitality, brand management, innovation, food and beverage, wellness, and owner relations. This exciting opportunity sits within the Brand Management department and plays a pivotal role in shepherding the delivery of large-scale strategic programs from initiation through execution and ongoing adaptation. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in delivering new strategies, capabilities, and ways of working across the Hilton organization, ensuring that scoping, execution, and adoption are aligned and appropriately prioritized. Projects will span multiple functions and disciplines, including marketing, food and beverage, design, loyalty programs, technology, customer experience, and commercial services. This role demands a dynamic professional who excels at building relationships quickly, engaging confidently with team members at all levels of the organization up to and including senior vice presidents, and maintaining the flexibility to change direction as business needs evolve.
Responsibilities:
- Build detailed multi-function and multi-phase program plans that incorporate contingency planning and project risk analysis
- Act as a focused project manager to ensure business owners and decision makers have appropriate information, that decisions are made within necessary timeframes, and that project ownership is assigned to and prioritized by the appropriate partner teams
- Streamline and analyze data across various touchpoints to support data-driven decisions and ensure an informed perspective throughout project progression
- Advise and guide business owners and stakeholders on managing key project achievements, including defining functional specifications, establishing timelines and success criteria, leading participation in partner meetings, helping senior leadership evaluate trade-offs, and ensuring appropriate information flow across teams and functions
- Identify strategic gaps and evaluate opportunities for new initiatives and tools to support efforts across the organization
- Create and present reports, presentations, and other formal communications for owners, property teams, and internal senior leadership
- Support the design and development of operating models and process solutions to ensure appropriate implementation of strategic projects
- Help develop and refine tools, templates, and standard methodologies to continuously improve program management capabilities
Skills:
- Demonstrated ability to move and positively influence a group toward a common direction and shared vision
- Proven experience leading complex initiatives, including program management and business consulting
- Working knowledge of hotel operations and the implementation of complex, cross-functional projects
- Ability to think conceptually, apply appropriate decision structures and models to strategic questions, and work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including the ability to identify key message points for presentations and identify appropriate opportunities to share those messages with all constituent groups
- Ability to facilitate working sessions with key partners and synthesize data to identify strategic and tactical solutions
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, matrixed organizational environment

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in program management and delivering cross-functional marketing projects
- Demonstrated track record of driving execution and delivering results in diverse organizational environments
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 10%
- Professional experience capturing and writing business requirements, test plans, and communication artifacts
- Experience building plans and using data in ways that demonstrate an understanding of critical path and task dependencies
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
