Sales and Marketing Administrator – Boat Sales
New and used boat sales dealership seeks a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Sales and Marketing Administrator to support our sales team, coordinate marketing activity, and help deliver an outstanding experience for every customer. About the Role
As Sales and Marketing Administrator, you will provide day-to-day administrative support across new and used boat sales, customer enquiries, stock listings, marketing campaigns, and dealership operations. You will work closely with the sales team to keep processes running smoothly, ensure records are accurate, and help promote the dealership across digital and local marketing channels.
Key Responsibilities
· Provide administrative support to the sales team for new and used boat enquiries, quotes, orders, and customer follow-up.
· Prepare warranty information, and registration details.
· Maintain accurate customer, stock, and sales records using dealership systems and CRM tools.
· Create and update online boat listings with accurate specifications, pricing, photographs, and descriptions.
· Assist with marketing campaigns, social media posts, email promotions, website updates, and local advertising.
· Support boat show preparation, open days, promotional events, and dealership displays.
· Monitor incoming enquiries by phone, email, website, and social media, ensuring prompt and professional responses.
· Assist with general office administration, reporting, and day-to-day dealership operations.
About You
· Previous experience in administration, sales support, marketing, customer service, or a similar role.
· Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
· Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Comfortable using Microsoft Office, email platforms, CRM systems, and social media tools.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a busy sales environment.
· Professional, friendly, and customer-focused approach.
· Interest in boating, marine sales, or the leisure industry is desirable but not essential.
· Experience writing product descriptions, managing listings, or supporting digital marketing would be an advantage.
