As Thrift Store Manager - Staring, youll translate our mission into a retail experience that generates vital support for neighbors in need. Youll direct store operations with a focus on sales growth, customer care, and consistent standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and develop employees and volunteers through training, coaching, and performance management
- Drive revenue through customer service standards, sales strategies, and local marketing efforts
- Oversee inventory flow, pricing/tagging processes, and strong store presentation
- Maintain operational controls, safety practices, and accurate reporting for the Director of Retail Operations
Required qualifications:
- High school diploma/equivalent; 5+ years retail management/supervision
- Valid drivers license; POS, Microsoft Office, and Google apps proficiency
- Strong math, data entry, and communication skills; respect for Catholic teachings and SVDP mission
