About Us
Kangfulin Naturopathy Center is a growing holistic health clinic in Hillsboro offering acupuncture, massage therapy, and natural health services. We are seeking a licensed massage therapist to join our collaborative team as an independent contractor at an hourly rate or using our treatment space under a fee-split model.

- Use of clinic POS system for client payments
- Ability to treat your own clients and receive clinic referrals
- Flexible scheduling with established clinic hours
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic massage services within the clinic
- Coordinate scheduling with clinic receptionist to avoid overlaps
- Notify clinic staff promptly when self-booking clients
- Maintain current liability insurance coverage
- Launder/supply your own linens and massage supplies
- Follow clinic guidelines for treatment documentation and professionalism
- For insurance patients, record accurate treatment notes for insurance claims and complete other related paperwork as necessary.
Hours of Use (Subject to availability):
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Tuesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Wednesday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Thursday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
(Schedule can be adjusted in coordination with the clinic and our other providers.)
Compensation Details:
Hourly rate of $45+, based on experience. We are also open to this being a fee-split arrangement in which the therapist receives 80% of collected client fees. Based on typical session rates, therapists can expect to earn an estimated $70–$90 per hour, depending on services rendered.
Requirements:
- Current Oregon massage therapy license (LMT)
- Active professional liability insurance
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and client-focused
- NPI and CAQH numbers for insurance patients
