- Dependable and punctual
- Leadership experience preferred for PM Kitchen Manager role
PM Kitchen Manager Responsibilities
- Oversee evening PM kitchen operations
- Manage staff and closing procedures
- Ensure food quality and cleanliness standards
- Handle inventory and prep coordination
- Maintain smooth service during busy hours
