Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and innovative Part-Time NJ licensed Primary Care Physician to join our integrative and modern medical practice. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient evaluations, including physical examinations and medical history assessments, to determine health status and identify potential issues.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively to document patient encounters, manage medical records, and coordinate care.
- Collaborate with specialists across disciplines such as psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, dermatology, and pulmonology to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Educate patients on disease prevention, chronic disease management, and healthy lifestyle choices to foster long-term wellness.
- Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of patient confidentiality and safety.
- Participate in clinical research or quality improvement initiatives aimed at advancing integrative healthcare practices.
Qualifications
- Medical degree from an accredited institution with active licensure as a primary care physician or family medicine practitioner.
- Proven experience in outpatient settings with familiarity in medical office operations and patient service delivery.
- Proficiency in EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or similar platforms for documentation and care coordination.
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
- Experience with procedures including suturing, basic wound management, and airway management is preferred.
- Familiarity with a broad range of specialties such as psychiatry, endocrinology, cardiology, dermatology, pulmonology, and others listed is advantageous.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their health conditions.
Pay: $100.00 - $140.00 per hour
