Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager/Operations Coordinator to lead the daily operations of our busy office environment. Duties
- Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi-line phone systems, to ensure a professional and friendly environment.
- Manage schedule coordination for meetings, appointments, and company events, including event planning and logistical arrangements
- Supervise administrative staff and coordinate training & development initiatives to foster team growth and performance excellence
- Handle vendor management by negotiating contracts, processing invoices via Excel Spread sheets, and maintaining strong supplier relationships
- Maintain accurate bookkeeping, budgeting, payroll processing, and human resources records to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Organize filing systems, manage document retention policies, and oversee clerical tasks such as data entry and record keeping
Qualifications
- Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills
- Demonstrated supervising experience with the ability to lead teams effectively
- Proficiency in Excel sheets for bookkeeping, payroll processing, and budgeting tasks
- Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple calendars, schedules, and deadlines efficiently.
- Ability to handle clerical responsibilities such as filing, front desk duties, and multi-line phone systems with professionalism.
- Experience or familiarity with service platforms such as Jobber, Angi (Angie’s List), and Thumbtack or willing to learn.

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
