The role involves professional leadership, adherence to safety standards, and effective coordination of tools and manpower. For a General Foreman, additional responsibilities include overseeing multiple projects, supporting project Foremen, and ensuring alignment with Kearney company standards.
- Demonstrated exceptional ability to lead and direct crews exceeding 5 people.
- High school graduate or GED. Trade school or apprenticeship desirable.
- Demonstrated ability to plan ahead and use sound judgment in decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to accurately and legibly complete paperwork, and to maintain files and job documentation.
- Demonstrated exceptional organizational and leadership skill, and strong communication skills.
- 6 years verifiable work experience in the trade with a record of successfully demonstrating mechanical skills, code knowledge, theory, installation skills and safety practices.
