We are seeking a dynamic and creative Sales Associate & Graphic Designer to join our team in the Trophy & Awards industry. This role combines sales expertise with graphic design skills to create visually appealing products that meet our clients' needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, strong communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with customers to bring their visions to life.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions for trophies and awards. You will be the first person people see when they walk in.
- Utilize Corel Draw software to create custom designs, including logos, illustrations, and layouts for various products.
- Manage projects from concept through production, ensuring high-quality results that align with client specifications.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing materials that effectively promote our products and services.
- Maintain an organized digital portfolio of designs and completed projects for reference and presentation.
- Stay updated on industry trends in design, branding, and marketing to provide innovative ideas and solutions.
- Assist in sign manufacturing processes as needed, ensuring quality control throughout production.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Requirements
- Proficiency in CorelDRAW.
- Excellent presentation skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in both sales processes and design work.
- A background in marketing or branding is preferred but not required.
