Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management of N-DAS (Network Data Automation System) and Private 5G initiatives, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS (Team Foundation Server), and VersionOne to track progress and facilitate agile planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software development, IT infrastructure, enterprise software, and cloud computing specialists to define project requirements and technical specifications.
- Manage stakeholder communication by providing regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies aligned with IT governance standards.
- Oversee requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), test case creation, and implementation of enterprise solutions utilizing SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile frameworks like SAFe and Kanban.
- Coordinate project scheduling, risk management, disaster recovery planning, release management, and change control processes to ensure seamless project execution.
- Supervise project team members by providing leadership in software implementation, software development practices including test-driven development (TDD), and ensuring adherence to project management best practices based on PMBOK guidelines.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing technical projects in the telecommunications or enterprise software sectors with a focus on private 5G or network automation solutions.
- Strong expertise in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, TFS, VersionOne, SharePoint, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies including Agile (Scrum/SAFe), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches; certification in PMP or equivalent is preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership in technical project & program supervision with experience in IT infrastructure deployment, cloud computing (AWS preferred), databases (SQL, Oracle), and enterprise software systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analysis skills for requirements gathering, risk assessment, user acceptance testing (UAT), and troubleshooting complex issues related to software implementation or IT infrastructure.
- Effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels; adept at negotiation and team leadership to foster collaboration across diverse teams.
- Technical proficiency in enterprise solutions implementation involving databases, disaster recovery strategies, release management processes, and IT governance standards.
- Willingness to travel approximately 30% ~ 50%+

Pay: $126,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
