We're looking for a registered behavior technician to join treatment teams working with children (Typically ages 3-6). The ideal candidate will have their RBT certification, a background in ABA therapy or working with children, the ability to work well alongside others to help clients achieve their goals, a positive outlook, and will be a person the kids they work with can rely on. This position offers paid holidays off with some additional PTO, flexibility in scheduling, paid lunch, free clinical supervision for staff pursuing a master's degree, a QSEHRA (Health Reimbursement) for full time staff, and the opportunity to work one-on-one with some really awesome kids!
Responsibilities:
- Follow the behavior support plan and individualized treatment plan to conduct sessions.
- Communicate with family members and other members of the treatment team.
- Implement skill development programs and collect accurate data on a client's behavior and progress.
- Complete accurate and timely documentation of sessions.
