ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assists Production Control Manager.
- Assures that schedules given to Supervisors and Driver are being followed.
- Expedites orders for rush jobs.
- Expedite samples and other production when needed
- Updates schedule for Production Control Manager.
- Enters what alloys are poured on Production Report.
- Enters all production orders - trees and lbs on Production Report.
- Prepares Production Report for plant goals and performance.
- Manages outside vendors (priorities/follow-up).
- Creates and updates melt department schedule.
- Coordinates with Shipping Supervisor and outside vendors to create Driver?s schedule.
