Insurance Sales Producer
Job Overview
Bobby Raza Insurance Agency is seeking a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Insurance Sales Producer to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, helping clients protect what matters most, and being rewarded for their performance.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for sales and customer service. Previous insurance experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train the right individual.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business through inbound and outbound sales activities, referrals, and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Conduct insurance policy reviews and identify coverage needs.
- Prepare and present personalized insurance quotes for auto, home, life, business, and other insurance products.
- Follow up with prospects and clients to close sales and provide exceptional customer service.
- Meet or exceed individual sales goals and performance expectations.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Stay current on insurance products, underwriting guidelines, and company procedures.
- Collaborate with team members to provide an outstanding client experience.
Qualifications
- Sales and customer service experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to learn agency management software.
- California Property & Casualty License preferred (or willingness to obtain one).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
