Duties
- Managing website inventory and reply to inquiries
- Learn all aspects of office furniture brands
- Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content, responding to inquiries, and increasing brand visibility
- Collect customer data and feedback to support targeted marketing efforts and improve service delivery
- Assist in organizing and executing promotional events that boost brand awareness and customer engagement
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a positive experience
- Support branding initiatives by maintaining consistent messaging across all channels and materials
Experience
- Previous experience in office furniture or retail environments is a plus but not required; enthusiasm and a willingness to learn are most important
- Strong communication skills with the ability to clearly convey information and engage diverse audiences
- Bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching a broader customer base
