Core Responsibilities
- Facility & Guest Safety: Supervise trampolines and attractions, enforce safety rules, conduct safety inspections, and respond to incidents or injuries.
- Team Leadership: Train, schedule, and lead floor staff (court monitors and cashiers), ensuring excellent customer service and efficiency during your shift.
- Operations & Cash Management: Oversee park opening and closing procedures, manage POS systems, count cash drawers, and handle safe drops.
- Conflict Resolution: Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally to ensure a positive experience for both kids and adults.
- Event Coordination: Assist with VIP birthday parties and group events to ensure they run smoothly and on schedule
Qualifications & Requirements
- Experience: Prior leadership or management experience in a customer-facing or entertainment environment.
- Skills: Exceptional multitasking, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk on your feet for extended periods and routinely lift weights.
- Availability: Must be flexible, typically requiring the ability to work shifts on weekends, evenings, and holidays.
