As the Direct Materials Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for :
Collaborate across other regions and manufacturing sites to l ead end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier selection , negotiations, and contract management.
Conduct cost, capacity, and supplier capability analysis in support of total cost of ownership evaluations to enhance collaboration with regional and global procurement leaders and to drive improved outcomes for the Virigina site.

It serves as a vital link between various functions, including Manufacturing across multiple regions , Engineering, Global Procurement, and Finance, fostering collaboration to meet organizational goals.
The Direct Materials Procurement Manager supports the broader organization by leading initiatives that enhance operational performance and drive innovation. Through effective procurement strategies, risk management, and supplier partnerships, the role ensures uninterrupted production and aligns procurement activities with business objectives . This position is integral to achieving cost savings, optimizing supply chains, and supporting sustainable growth across the company.
Do you have what it takes?
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or Operations is preferred . Strong experience managing procurement areas such as raw materials, packaging, processing materials, resins, and manufacturing-related suppliers.

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $115,803.00 - $173,705.00 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalisation of the employment offer.
