We’re searching for cashier/baristas who bring positive energy, attention to detail, and a passion for serving beautifully crafted coffee beverages in a lively restaurant environment.
Whether you’re experienced behind the espresso machine or have strong counter-service experience and want to grow your skills, we’d love to meet you.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with friendly, genuine hospitality
- Present bakery and drink menus while offering recommendations
- Take orders accurately with strong attention to detail
- Prepare barista-style beverages following recipes and standards
- Serve drinks with clean, aesthetically pleasing presentation
- Maintain a clean and organized coffee station and workspace
- Follow sanitation and safety regulations at all times
What We’re Looking For
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months of barista or counter-service experience
- Positive, outgoing, and professional attitude
- Strong communication and guest service skills
- Cash handling and basic math skills
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and high-volume shifts
- Team player mentality with strong work ethic
- Knowledge of sanitation standards preferred
- Current Food Handler card and Title IV certificate
