What You'll Do
Manage assigned settlement cases from launch through completion, maintaining accuracy, timeliness, and quality.
Oversee and review work from junior Analysts to ensure standards and deadlines are met.
Research and resolve complex claim or data issues and communicate findings with clients and stakeholders.
Prepare, audit, and maintain case documentation, reports, and processing rules.
Collaborate with teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
What You'll Bring
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of two years of experience in claims administration, financial services, or a related field.
Strong communication and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and understanding of data management principles.
Ability to prioritize multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a collaborative environment.
