Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Breakfast Attendant to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional breakfast service to our guests, ensuring a clean and welcoming dining area, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hospitality. Your enthusiasm and commitment will help create a positive start to our guests’ day.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up breakfast buffet stations, ensuring all food items are fresh, appealing, and properly stocked throughout service
- Greet guests warmly, assist with food selections, and answer any questions about menu options or dietary needs
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations
- Handle food preparation tasks in accordance with food safety standards, including slicing, plating, and replenishing items as needed
- Monitor food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations and safety protocols
- Assist with catering setups for special events or banquet services as required
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service and ensure guest satisfaction at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in fine dining or food service environments preferred
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Knowledge of serving techniques and food presentation standards
- Experience in food preparation, handling, and safety protocols
- Previous banquet or catering experience is a plus
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
- Familiarity with dietary accommodations and food industry best practices
