Pay Rate: $21.75/hr

What You’ll Be Doing
We’re hiring immediately for Brake Press Operator roles in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are seeking an experienced, safety-focused Press Brake Operator to support sheet metal manufacturing and fabrication operations. This position is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring press brake equipment to produce precision-formed components according to blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and production specifications. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, understands blueprint reading, bend allowances, dimensional tolerances, and quality inspection, and is comfortable making machine adjustments to maintain productivity and product quality. The Press Brake Operator is responsible for ensuring equipment is properly set up, operating safely and efficiently, and producing parts that meet established engineering and quality standards. What You’ll Need
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous press brake, sheet metal fabrication, CNC forming, or related manufacturing experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
- Understanding of bend allowances, angles, dimensions, and manufacturing tolerances.
- Ability to perform basic shop math and measurements.
- Experience using measuring and inspection tools such as:
- Calipers
- Micrometers
- Tape measures
- Angle gauges/protract
