Our experienced medical team is dedicated to helping patients recover safely, restore function, and return to their daily activities as quickly as possible. Through personalized treatment plans and patient-centered care, we have become a trusted choice for injury recovery and rehabilitation.

This is a full-time role that will primarily support our Louisville-Downtown clinic. This position will occasionally travel to support our Louisville-South clinic (on Dixie Hwy), once a month at our Lexington clinic, and twice a month at our Elizabethtown clinic.

Mileage reimbursement is available and this role is bonus eligible!

Our Physicians:
All of our physicians are board-certified and Fellowship Trained in Pain Medicine and board-certified in Anesthesiology.

Responsibilities

Identify and assess patient’s clinical issues and health care needs
Record physical findings, and formulates plan and prognosis, based on patient’s condition and the doctor’s plan of treatment
Evaluations and Re-evaluations of established patients
Refers patients to Physician for consultation or to specialized health resources for treatment when needed.
Discusses the case with Physician and other health professionals to prepare a comprehensive patient care plan
Performs pain management injections for specific diagnoses according to practice protocols
Prescribe/Order as medically indicated:- Diagnostics- Therapeutics- Medication- Pain Management Procedures- DME
Eagerness and ability to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
Supports the vision and culture of the organization. Demonstrates personal commitment through active involvement in the performance improvement process
Regular and reliable attendance with the ability to work in satellite offices around the area
All other duties as assigned

Skills & Qualifications

Skills and Abilities:

Experience in Automobile Personal Injury or Workman’s Comp
Highly proficient with computers, especially EMR Software, Meaningful Use, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Ability to manage high levels of stress and capable of making sound difficult decisions.

Education:

Must have a valid, unrestricted professional license in the state of Kentucky and be able to obtain clinical privileges to practice medicine
DEA Registration, preferred (PA candidates are not required to have DEA)

Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position will include sitting and standing with occasional light to medium lifting. An employee must meet these requirements to successfully perform the essential duties of this job. Reasonable accommodation will be made in accordance with ADA rules and regulations.
