Residential & Multifamily HVAC Sales
Rockville, MD | Full-Time | Company Vehicle + Bonus Opportunity
Quality Air Services is growing and looking for a driven, experienced HVAC Comfort Advisor & Sales Estimator to join our residential and multifamily team serving Maryland, DC, and Northern Virginia.
If you know HVAC systems, enjoy meeting customers, and can confidently scope and close replacement projects, we want to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners, condo owners, and property managers
- Perform on-site HVAC replacement estimates
- Scope equipment, labor, materials, refrigerant lines, drains, and electrical needs
- Build accurate and profitable proposals
- Educate customers and recommend the best HVAC solutions
- Follow up on estimates and close sales opportunities
- Coordinate closely with installation teams
- Maintain organized pipeline updates in ServiceTitan and Pipedrive
What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years of HVAC estimating, sales, or field experience
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and retrofits
- Experience with heat pumps, furnaces, split systems, fan coils, or hydronic systems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Organized, dependable, and motivated to win work
- Valid driver’s license required
Bonus Experience
- Multifamily or condo association projects
- Property management relationships
- ServiceTitan or Pipedrive CRM experience
- Residential replacement sales
Compensation & Benefits
- Performance Bonus: Up to $35,000 annually

Schedule
Monday – Friday
Occasional evening or weekend customer meetings as needed.
