Qualifications Needed:
- At least 1+ year of long-term experience
- Professional demeanor
- Must have valid RN license in the state of Connecticut
- Current certifications (CPR) must be up to date
- Working knowledge of PointClickCare software
Job Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, direct and oversee all aspects of nursing care
- Execution of physicians prescribed plan of care and compliant documentation of care provided in system of record
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with healthcare professions, families and staff
- Working knowledge of admissions, re-admissions, wound rounds, appointment management
- Patient assessments, coordination of care (RN)
- Health, promotion, teaching, and training of family members
- Supervision of staff
