The Bilingual Sales Associate will provide exceptional customer support while assisting customers with accessing affordable wireless solutions. Your role combines sales expertise with community support to ensure no one is left behind due to language barriers.
As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you provide in‑person customer support to a diverse community, answering questions and resolving concerns in multiple languages. With dedicated training, the Bilingual Sales Associate will learn how to explain affordable wireless plans, assist with activations, and guide customers through simple account changes.
