Full-time
- Valid Tennessee P endorsement Driver’s License. (CDL is required)
- Satisfactory driving record in accordance with the Company’s Driver Policy.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact with residents, facility staff and other employees.
- Ability to work cooperatively with other employees and medical agencies to provide the highest level of customer service.
- Satisfactorily meet Company physical assessments/tests.
- Must be comfortable working with seniors.
- Transporting residents in a safe and professional manner to and from scheduled appointments.
- Communicates with dispatch/front desk in order to receive relevant data and instructions.
- Maintain a professional behavior, and attitude in regards to customers, visitors, and coworkers.
- Completion of vehicle maintenance inspection prior to daily vehicle usage for safe and comfortable patient transport.
- Complete end-of-trip paperwork.
- Must have current DOT Physical
Non Emergency Medical Transportation: 1 year (Required)
Must have a valid drivers license with minimum P endorsement (Required)
