Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment to uphold cleanliness standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing station, ensuring all areas meet health and safety regulations.
- Support the catering and banquet teams by providing cleanware for events and large gatherings.
- Help with general cleaning duties throughout the restaurant, including floors, countertops, and storage areas.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of clean dishes for service.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
- Basic understanding of food handling, cleaning protocols, and sanitation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks with energy and efficiency.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure all dishes are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- A positive attitude with excellent teamwork skills to support busy kitchen operations.
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
