B&G Equipment and Supply is seeking a CDL Driver for our construction equipment rental division. The role offers a minimum hourly wage of $25.00/hour, with the potential to earn more based on your experience and skills. All benefits, including health, dental, vision, and 401k, start on your first day of employment.

Maintain all required records

Check accuracy and stability of the load

Deliver products to customers

Invoice and collect monies due

Pick up company property

Secure company assets
-
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures

Inspect vehicles and equipment to diagnose malfunction or to consider road worthiness or jobsite worthiness

Check and ensure that vehicles and equipment are maintained in accordance with maintenance schedules

Clean and maintain vehicles, equipment, tools, and the general shop area
Education - Skills - Knowledge - Qualifications & Experience:
- High School diploma or GED preferred

1-3 years of general work experience required

3+ years of commercial driving experience preferred

1+ years of rental industry driving experience preferred

Local delivery experience preferred

Knowledge of Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations

Ability to work with minimal supervision

Valid Class A Driver's License and driving record within MVR policy guidelines required

HAZMAT certification preferred
