Removal Defense Associate Attorney – Immigration Law

Compensation: $100,000 – $150,000 annually, depending on experience
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Removal Defense Associate Attorney to join our immigration practice in Dallas, Texas. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about immigration law and client advocacy.
In this role, the attorney will handle a varied caseload involving removal defense and other immigration matters. Responsibilities include providing legal counsel, conducting legal research, preparing and reviewing legal documents, and representing clients before immigration courts, state courts, and government agencies such as USCIS. The position also requires close collaboration with the legal team and regular communication with clients.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience practicing Immigration Law.
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
- Excellent legal writing and drafting skills.
- Ability to provide effective legal counsel and advocate on behalf of clients.
- Strong research, analytical, and case-development capabilities.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving favorable client outcomes.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active bar admission in any U.S. state.
- Commitment to serving diverse communities with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
