Crepes N’ Cream, a fast-growing dessert shop located at Branson Landing, is seeking a motivated and reliable Manager to help lead our team and take day-to-day operations to the next level. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily shop operations and ensure smooth workflow
- Lead, train, and motivate team members to deliver excellent service
- Maintain high standards for product quality, cleanliness, and efficiency
- Manage scheduling and ensure proper staffing during peak hours
- Handle customer interactions and resolve issues professionally
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies
- Step in to assist with crepe making, ice cream rolling, and register as needed
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed
- Help implement systems to improve efficiency and performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior management or leadership experience (food service preferred)
- Strong work ethic and ability to take initiative
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Food handler’s certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
