Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of residential and light commercial HVAC equipment and takes pride in doing quality work for every customer.
Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair heat pumps, ductless mini-split systems, furnaces, and water heaters
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant-related issues and determine effective repairs
- Perform routine maintenance and safety inspections on HVAC systems
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and manufacturer specifications
- Properly handle refrigerants in accordance with EPA regulations
- Communicate clearly with customers about system issues, repair options, and recommendations
- Maintain accurate service records, invoices, and parts usage
- Ensure all work meets local codes and safety standards
- Respond to emergency service calls as needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on HVAC installation and repair experience
- EPA 608 Certification required
- Working knowledge of heat pumps, mini-split systems, furnaces, and water heaters
- Experience with gas equipment a plus
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- NATE certification a plus

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $38.00 - $43.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
