Position Responsibilities:
Crew Members:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Prepare food according to standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization
- Support the team during busy shifts
Shift Leads / Key Holders:
- Lead shifts and support daily operations
- Ensure food quality, speed, and accuracy
- Assist with training new employees
- Help maintain a smooth operation
Management (GM / Assistant Manager):
- Oversee daily operations and team performance
- Manage scheduling, labor, and food cost
- Train and develop staff
- Ensure strong customer experience and store standards
- Lead the restaurant through a successful re-opening
Compensation (Based on Experience):
- Crew Members: $14 – hour
- Shift Leads: $15 – $16/hour
- Management: Competitive salary (based on experience)
