We are seeking polished, hospitality-driven Servers and Bartenders who understand the standards of upscale service and take pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences. This role is ideal for professionals who are confident, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing service quality.
Position Summary
Servers and Bartenders at Brugada are responsible for providing attentive, knowledgeable, and professional service throughout every stage of the guest experience. From guiding guests through the menu and beverage selections to maintaining a seamless flow of service, this role requires strong product knowledge, composure, and a genuine commitment to hospitality.
Candidates should be comfortable working in an environment that blends upscale dining with high-energy evening service and should be able to maintain professionalism, poise, and urgency at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, polished, and attentive service to every guest
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of food menus, cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Guide guests through menu selections and make thoughtful food and beverage recommendations
- Accurately enter, deliver, and monitor food and beverage orders
- For bartenders: prepare cocktails and beverages with consistency, precision, and presentation standards
- For servers: manage sections effectively while anticipating guest needs and maintaining service timing
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of the dining room, bar, and service stations
- Perform opening, side work, and closing duties to standard
- Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate when appropriate
- Follow all responsible alcohol service procedures and company policies
- Communicate clearly with managers, support staff, and kitchen team to ensure seamless execution
- Uphold Brugada’s standards for hospitality, appearance, cleanliness, and professionalism
Qualifications
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in upscale, fine dining, high-volume, or hospitality-driven restaurant environments
- Strong understanding of service etiquette, guest engagement, and attention to detail
- For bartenders: strong knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, beer, and wine
- For servers: confidence in menu presentation, coursing, and upselling techniques
- Ability to stay composed and professional in a fast-paced setting
- Experience with POS systems; Toast experience preferred
- Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and dependable work ethic
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and lift/carry as needed
