What You'll Do
Be the Face of Our Hotel
- Create warm, memorable first impressions that make guests glad they chose us
- Check guests in and out smoothly, assign rooms, distribute keys, and share helpful local and hotel knowledge
- Handle all guest calls, requests, and questions with professionalism and care
- Maintain accurate guest preferences so every stay feels personal
Keep Things Running Overnight
- Process cash and credit card transactions accurately using established procedures
- Manage guest safe-deposit boxes per hotel policy
- Book, modify, and cancel reservations for individuals and groups
- Perform nightly audit functions to close out the day's financials
Solve Problems & Protect Guests
- Turn guest concerns into wins using sound judgment and service recovery skills
- Escalate outstanding issues to management with clear, thorough communication
- Uphold all hotel safety and security protocols — you're the eyes and ears of the building overnight
- Immediately report any health, safety, or security concerns to the manager on duty
Collaborate & Go Above and Beyond
- Partner with other departments to deliver seamless service
- Assist with room tours, concierge-style requests, and special guest needs
- Identify opportunities to enhance guest stays and maximize room revenue
Pay: $19.00 per hour
