As a Rover, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and security of our properties. Your responsibilities will include:

Patrolling large properties, including stairwells and outdoor areas, to maintain a secure environment.
- Monitoring and reporting any suspicious activities or safety concerns.
- Assisting with maintaining order and enforcing property rules as necessary.
- Responding promptly to incidents and emergencies with professionalism.
- Completing detailed reports to document daily activities and any incidents.
To succeed in this role, you’ll need the following qualifications and skills:

Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Comfortable patrolling large areas, including climbing stairs and navigating outdoor spaces.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions during outdoor patrols.
- Strong observational and communication skills.
- A proactive and dependable attitude with attention to detail.
