Production Machine Operators- 1st shift M-F
Location: 1000 5B’s Drive, Zanesville, OH
Schedule: 6am-3:30pm M-F
Pay: Weekly + Performance Bonuses ($10–$70/day!)

If you’re dependable, detail-focused, and ready to learn, we’ll train you for success and recognize your effort every step of the way.
Your Role in the Hive: What You’ll Do
- Set up and operate computerized embroidery machines (Tajima)
- Follow detailed work orders to ensure accurate logo placement and color matching
- Stitch designs onto a variety of garments: hats, shirts, jackets, backpacks, beanies, and more
- Monitor quality throughout each run and troubleshoot minor issues as needed
- Keep activity logs and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Work efficiently to meet production goals without sacrificing quality
What It Takes to Succeed:
- Reliability and dependability – we rely on you to keep things moving
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong hand-eye coordination (threading needles, handling garments)
- Ability to stand, bend, walk, and reach throughout the shift
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Basic math and measurement skills (rulers, placement guides, etc.)
- Ability to stay focused and productive at a quick pace
- Mechanical skills are a plus, but not required—we’ll train you!
