Experience
- Previous food service experience in a fast-paced fine dining or chef driven restaurant is required
- A strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and cocktails is also mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Demonstrated ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales revenue
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices in the food industry
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality excellence
