Eastvale Kids Dental Studio is a growing pediatric dental practice in Eastvale, CA. We committed to providing conservative, educational, and compassionate pediatric dental care in a warm and family-focused environment.
We are looking for a dependable, detail-oriented, proactive Registered Dental Assistant who genuinely enjoys working with children and is willing to cross-train in both back- and front-office responsibilities. The ideal candidate takes initiative, stays organized, follows through on responsibilities, and is comfortable working independently in a growing practice.
Compensation
$25-$30 per hour, depending on experience, qualifications, and skill level.

Qualifications
- Current California RDA license and dental X-ray certification required
- Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
- Experienced and confident taking digital X-rays on children
- Pediatric dental experience preferred; general dental experience considered
- Coronal polishing and sealant certification preferred
- Front-office or customer-service experience is a plus
- Experience with dental software is preferred; Oryx experience is a plus
Back Office Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting during pediatric dental procedures
- Taking digital X-rays
- Coronal polishing and sealants as permitted by licensure
- Setting up and turning over treatment rooms
- Sterilization and infection control
- Restocking clinical supplies
- Supporting patient flow and helping young patients feel comfortable
- Keeping clinical and common areas clean, organized, and ready for patients
Front Office / Cross-Training Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and families
- Answering phone calls, texts, and emails professionally
- Scheduling and confirming appointments
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Entering patient and insurance information accurately
- Verifying insurance eligibility, benefits, and applicable history
- Following up promptly when patient or insurance information is missing or unclear
- Collecting patient balances as needed
What Success Looks Like in This Role
- Routine responsibilities are completed without step-by-step direction
- Patient and insurance information is entered completely and accurately
- Time-sensitive items are prioritized appropriately
- Unfinished or unresolved tasks are followed through rather than left pending
- Questions are raised promptly when clarification is needed
- The office is left clean, organized, and ready for the next patient day
