One full-time maintenance position available. Hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, with some on-call required. Duties include repairs to residential and commercial buildings, as well as minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and HVAC work. Assist with finished work such as sheetrocking, patching and painting. Assist with shoveling, sanding and snow removal during inclement weather.
Must have a high school diploma or GED and 2 years of experience in the field or in a related area. Must have a valid driver's license and the ability to obtain a DOT card. Experience operating a variety of power tools. Must be able to lift up to fifty pounds and tolerate extremes of temperature. Must be familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the maintenance field.
