SCS Marketing Co. is hiring an Entry Level AT&T Account Associate in Houston to work with residential customers and introduce them to AT&T wireless and internet solutions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people and wants to develop practical experience in sales, customer service, and account support.
In this role, you’ll meet with customers, learn about their connectivity needs, explain available AT&T options, and help make the enrollment process straightforward. You’ll receive hands-on training in product knowledge, customer communication, account assistance, and enrollment.
Entry Level AT&T Account Associate Key Responsibilities
- Engage direc with residential customers and learn about their wireless and internet needs
- Explain AT&T products, services, features, and available options
- Help customers select solutions that fit their individual needs
- Assist customers throughout the enrollment and account setup process
- Answer questions and provide clear information about AT&T services
- Maintain accurate customer information and follow account procedures
- Build positive relationships through professional and personalized service
- Work with the team to achieve daily and weekly sales goals
