Fast-Track Management Opportunity Available
We are looking for an experienced, high-performing furniture sales professional who knows how to sell quality, design-focused, and custom furniture. This is not an entry-level retail sales role. We are looking for someone who understands the furniture business, can build trust with clients, and knows how to close.
Our ideal candidate has strong experience helping customers select furniture for their homes, understands custom orders, fabrics, finishes, dimensions, layouts, and delivery timelines, and takes pride in creating a great buying experience.
For the right person, this role can quickly grow into a management position. We are looking for someone who can prove themselves in the first 90 days and move into a leadership role soon after.
What You’ll Do
You will work directly with customers to help them choose furniture that fits their home, style, budget, and needs. You will guide clients through showroom selections, custom options, special orders, and the full sales process from first conversation through closing the sale.
You will also help maintain a professional showroom environment, follow up with leads and customers, communicate clearly about orders and timelines, and contribute to a strong team culture focused on service, sales, and results.

- Strong furniture sales experience
- Experience with custom furniture, special orders, fabrics, finishes, and configurations
- A proven ability to close sales and build repeat customer relationships
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
- Confidence working with higher-ticket purchases

- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership potential and interest in growing into management
