Position: Maintenance Technician
Location: Quail Run Apartments - Columbus, IN
Scheduled Hours: Monday – Friday 8am to 5pm, with an on-call rotation once per month
Pay Rate: $25-$26/hr (based on experience and qualifications), plus on-call bonuses, commissions and incentives
What You’ll Do

Keep our vibrant community running smoothly and looking its best

Tackle daily repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and more

Turn apartments quickly and beautifully for new residents

Knock out work orders with speed, skill, and great customer service
-
Maintain curb appeal and support seasonal grounds care
-
Jump into action during on-call rotations to handle urgent needs
Bring Your Skills
-
1+ year of multi-family maintenance experience
-
Strong turnover and general repair abilities
-
HVAC experience
-
Skilled in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair, lighting, and grounds
-
Friendly, service-focused attitude residents will appreciate

Able to work independently, stay organized, and move with urgency

Comfortable using smartphones and basic tech
-
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, insurance, and basic hand tools

Willing to complete a drug and background check if offered the position
