Are you a hands-on warehouse leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment? We're looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, support on-time production, and lead a team responsible for shipping and receiving activities.
In this critical role, you'll help keep materials flowing efficiently to production, ensure customer shipments leave on time, and drive continuous improvement across warehouse operations.

Lead all day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, inventory storage, material handling, picking, staging, and shipping

Ensure accurate inventory management through cycle counts, audits, reconciliations, and root-cause analysis

Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse using best practices such as 5S, FIFO, and visual management

Supervise shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and on-time deliveries

Coordinate transportation activities and work with carriers to resolve logistics issues

Train, coach, and develop warehouse team members while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Monitor KPIs, optimize material flow, and collaborate with production, planning, and customer service teams to improve operational performance

Promote and enforce safety standards, OSHA compliance, and proper equipment maintenance
Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED
-
5+ years of warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience within a manufacturing environment

Previous experience leading or supervising warehouse personnel

Experience with ERP and/or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)

Strong understanding of inventory control, material handling, shipping, and receiving processes

Forklift experience (or ability to become certified)
Preferred Qualifications

Associate Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field

Experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement, and root-cause analysis

Strong Excel and reporting skills

Experience supporting production operations, kitting, line-side replenishment, or material flow activities

Knowledge of domestic and international shipping requirements
