About This Role
We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our team at VIP Child Development Center. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children aged 3-5, and a willingness to support their developmental needs.
What You'll Do
Responsibilities:
As a Preschool Teacher at our center, you will be responsible for creating a engaging and educational environment for children aged 3-5.

Maintain a safe and clean learning environment, ensuring the well-being and safety of all children at all times.

Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, aligned with our creative curriculum, in collaboration with the head teacher.

Plan and execute a range of activities to meet the developmental needs of the children, including arts and crafts, music, and outdoor play.

Communicate effectively with the director, other staff members, parents, and families, providing regular updates on children's progress and any concerns or issues that may arise.

Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest state guidelines and best practices in early childhood education.

Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and supportive team environment.

Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents and families, building trust and confidence in the care and education provided by our center.

Support children's physical and emotional needs, including diaper changes and potty training.
Requirements
Qualifications:

1+ years of childcare experience, specifically with children under the age of 5.

Pleasant/friendly demeanor and an outgoing personality.

Highly professional and dependable.

Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs. in connection with the handling of children for the facilitation of programs, child safety, and potential emergency situations.

Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to maintain composure under stress.

Strong organization skills, able to multi-task, and can manage time to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Must meet all requirements stipulated by the state for this position.
